ASSET PROTECTION & PERSONNEL SECURITY MANAGEMENT is one of the four specialised verticals in the Corporate Security Management Program Series. It consists of 2 Certificates training program covering different components and facets of the asset protection and personnel security perspective.
Certificate in Asset & Personnel Security Management explore both the security workforce and employees of the organization. Focus will be on security set-up, output optimization, deployment effectiveness, scope of personnel security and protection in the workplace and business work task orientation. It also discuss the complete perspective of Security Investigations, Interviews, Interrogation and Internal Prosecution. A thorough understanding of the entity of Domestic Inquiry (DI) Proceedings will be expounded during the program.
Certificate in Security Investigation & Prosecution outlays the main nerves and veins for an efficient and effective management of all assets in an organization which is assume to have a level of threat if compromised or exposed. Understanding the different threats, challenges and constraints connected to asset management will be unfolded in this program.

CERTIFICATE IN ASSET & PERSONNEL SECURITY MANAGEMENT
SYNOPSIS OF THE PROGRAM
The Asset & Personnel Security Management component of the program will explore both the security workforce and employees of the organization. Juxtapose will be employee security focused on Travel Security, Kidnap & Ransom, Key Personnel Protection, Personal Security & Safety of Employees and Personnel Security Awareness Training.
The training will uncover Personnel Security Policy and Procedures, Position Categorization, Personnel Background Checks, Orientations, Non-Disclosure Agreements, Personnel Transfer & Termination, Third Party Security Personnel, and Personnel Sanctions.

CERTIFICATE IN SECURITY INVESTIGATIONS & PROSECUTION
SYNOPSIS OF THE PROGRAM
The Security Investigation and Prosecution part of the program will discuss the complete perspective of Security Investigations, Interviews, Interrogation and Internal Prosecution. A thorough understanding of the entity of Domestic Inquiry (DI) Proceedings will be expounded. Human Resources institution of actions of warning or termination will be discussed with Security Management recommendations. The process of accurate incident and report writing will complete the training of this program.
The investigative processes, preparations, correlation with other departments, as well as guide through the interview and investigation techniques will be the focus. The process of internal prosecution and fundamentals of conducting a Domestic Inquiry that is a just and fair will be discussed. DI process and HR action which are part of act right and do right will be dealt with.
